Welcome to the first and only location in Harrisburg that teaches
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu! We’re a certified school under Royler Gracie and
David Adiv that actively participates in tournaments across
Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
We’re committed to providing our students with quality instruction in a
friendly environment. We focus primarily on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu but
also teach wrestling and judo takedowns. So whether you’re looking for
competition or just to learn the most effective form of self defense
known to mankind, Harrisburg Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is your Central
Pennsylvania answer.

focus on no-gi grappling, striking and takedowns. This is a great
opportunity for new members to find out more about MMA and to help
experienced fighters sharpen their skills.
