 I've trained at a number of schools and academies throughout the east coast and overseas,  I've trained at schools with black belt instruction and I've trained at schools that have produced champions in both MMA and sport BJJ,. The caliber of both the instruction as well as the level of in-house competition as harrisburgbjj is absolutely on par with any one of those schools.
