- Starting September 7th Woman's BJJ and Self Defense on Tuesday and Thursdays from 6-6:45

- Starting September 8th Kids classes will be Monday and Wednesday from 6-6:45, and on Saturdays time to be announced

 I've trained at a number of schools and academies throughout the east coast and overseas,  I've trained at schools with black belt instruction and I've trained at schools that have produced champions in both MMA and sport BJJ,. The caliber of both the instruction as well as the level of in-house competition as harrisburgbjj is absolutely on par with any one of those schools. I've only been there a short while, but my game is heads and shoulders above where it was immediately before my time at harrisburgbjj.
